AI Plush Pal is an online retailer selling AI-powered plush companion toys. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean AI Plush Pal.

2. Products

All product descriptions, images and prices are as accurate as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct errors and withdraw products. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the physical product due to display settings.

3. Orders and Contract

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. International customers may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout). All transactions are encrypted.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. They are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to AI Plush Pal. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
