Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (Free on all orders): 2–4 business days. Express Delivery (£4.99): Next business day when ordered before 1 pm.

3. International Delivery

Europe (EU): 5–10 business days — £6.99. USA & Canada: 7–14 business days — £8.99. Rest of World: 10–18 business days — £9.99.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

5. Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@aiplushpal.online. For UK orders we will investigate after 10 business days; for international orders after 25 business days.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately if you spot an error before dispatch.
